Mike Plier, President

Mike has over 25 years experience screen printing. He joined Polymeric after serving as Production Manager at a top rated, screen print operation. Mike has a broad working knowledge of all facets of print production and screen printing materials. He uses this to help our customers efficiently grow their businesses into new markets.

Rick Meeker, Production Manager

Rick started with a competitive ink manufacturing company in 1992 earning a position of Floor Manager before joining Polymeric in 1999. Rick manages all plant and manufacturing functions including purchasing and customer service.

Don A. Sloan, Lab Manager

Don A. has worked in ink manufacturing since 1975. He has hands-on knowledge of production, quality control, colormatching, customer relations, and technical service. He has focused on Research and Development of UV inks for the past eighteen years, successfully launching many UV ink lines for screen printing applications. Don A. manages Polymeric’s lab, which includes QC, colormatching and R&D.

Anna Kankey

Anna has been with Polymeric for seven years and is responsible for customer assistance, sales support and consignment administration. She is the primary contact for order entry and expediting.
