Manpower and Expertise

Polymeric is well staffed with skilled and experienced personnel that can effectively meet the demanding deadlines of a national account. Our employees are focused on the goal of providing the customer with quality and consistency that is paramount to every screen printer.

Polymeric is ideally located in North Kansas City where there are major ink and coatings manufacturers. This provides the company with a qualified, and trained workforce for expansion. We also benefit from local supply of many raw materials needed for UV ink production.

Capacity

Polymeric is located in a 35,000 square foot brick building which was purchased and remolded in 2002. Our manufacturing department has ample room for growth and expansion as our sales volume increases. At the present time our manufacturing capabilities allow us to produce 800 gallons in a standard eight (8) hour day. Increasing sales volume will be addressed with options to add to our current machine limitation and/or adding additional shifts.

Lead Time

Polymeric excels in quick turn around time to meet customer needs. We have implemented procedures to allow the following lead times:

Standard Ink Order	Shipped same or next
Re-stocking Orders	Shipped in 3 to 5 days
Specials Orders	Shipped in 5 to 7 days
Color Matches	Shipped in 5 days or less
Color Match Formulation	Faxed within 2 days

Delivery Assurance

Polymeric provides a delivery assurance pledge that we will meet the above lead-times. Additionally, we maintain warehousing in Chicago (Illinois), Minneapolis (Minnesota), Cleveland (Ohio), and Los Angeles (California). We also have back-up manufacturing in Toronto, Canada through our technology Licensee's.
