Quality Control

Polymeric Imaging utilizes state of the art quality control equipment to ensure batch-to-batch consistency of every product. Test controls are in place at each stage of the manufacturing process to check the reliability of the quality process. Each batch is tested for color, viscosity, gloss, cure, adhesion and density. Additional tests are required for many application specific inks such as, thermoforming characteristics, water resistant banner / POP inks, and block tests.
